Lending a hand at C4WS Homeless Project

Rolling up our sleeves for a good cause.

Recently, colleagues from our London office spent time volunteering with the C4WS Homeless Project, a local charity supporting people experiencing homelessness with practical help, accommodation and pathways towards a more stable future.

Across two volunteer days, our team headed to Saint Pancras Church House in Camden to support the charity behind the scenes – helping organise donations, sort essential supplies and prepare items that will directly support those in need across the local community.

From clothing, toiletries and sleeping bags to laptops, phones and everyday essentials, our volunteers worked through a wide range of tasks to help the C4WS team streamline donations and improve access to important resources. In teams they organised clothing by type, separated seasonal sleeping bags, sorted toiletries into categories, took inventory of key supplies and prepared suitable items for resale or donation.

Some colleagues also supported C4WS’ weekly Wednesday Club lunch initiative by helping plan ingredient quantities for meals served to rough sleepers in the area.

While many of the tasks may have seemed small individually, together they made a meaningful difference in helping the charity operate more efficiently and continue to support vulnerable people across Camden and beyond.

A huge thank you to everyone from our London office who volunteered their time, energy and effort across the two days. Take a look at our video to see the highlights of their support.
