DigiOutreach stands with Love Your Nuts for Men’s Mental Health Awareness

In November, DigiOutreach proudly stood in solidarity with people and families affected by testicular cancer.

On top of our donation of R6,000 to Love Your Nuts, we joined their mission to raise awareness of testicular cancer and encourage regular early self-exams.

Love Your Nuts

Founded by Torsten Koehler, a survivor himself, Love Your Nuts (LYN) is a South African non-profit organization. Their work is grounded in providing education, awareness and support. From eye-catching awareness campaigns to running a variety of motivational talks at schools, corporates and events, their aim is to spark conversations in a fun and engaging way.

Their long-term vision includes developing an educational “Cancer Smart” app that helps young people to understand cancer risks and self-care.

Supporting awareness and dignity

With our contribution, DigiOutreach supports Love Your Nuts’ core mission:

  • Education and talks: Funding goes toward educational talks in schools and with young men helping to break taboos and encourage self-checks.
  • Innovative campaigns: LYN runs creative campaigns, like runners in speedos, cycling events and more to attract attention and make testicular cancer conversations approachable.
  • Emotional support: Survivors are central to LYN’s community. They support newly diagnosed men emotionally, because peer-to-peer encouragement matters.
  • Digital education: The app development project we supported will help build a scalable, youth-friendly tool to spread cancer education more broadly.

A future of hope and care

At DigiOutreach, we’re deeply proud to stand with LYN, working together toward a future to drive life-saving education, where people can act early without facing any stigma.
