Supercharged wellbeing, all week long

To mark World Mental Health Day, Super Group extended one day of awareness into a full week dedicated to wellbeing, connection and open conversations around mental health.

Across our global locations, colleagues were encouraged to take time to pause, recharge and prioritize their wellbeing through a wide range of activities. From yoga, meditation and breathing workshops to massages, puppy therapy, wellness checks, healthy breakfasts and fitness sessions, the week created opportunities for people to step away from the everyday and focus on themselves and each other.

Alongside the activities, global Employee Assistance Programme sessions helped shine a light on the support available to colleagues and encouraged greater superhonesty when it comes to talking about mental health.

We also went All in for a good cause through our Mental Health Awareness silent auction. Colleagues came together to bid, give back and raise an incredible £X for United for Global Mental Health – turning awareness into action.

A huge thank you to everyone across Super Group who took part, helped organize an activity, placed a bid or supported a colleague.

World Mental Health Day may happen once a year, but looking after our mental health doesn’t. We’re proud to keep building a culture where wellbeing, connection and open conversation continue all year round.
