This privacy policy is issued on behalf of the Super Group group of companies and when we mention “SGHC”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy, we are referring to the company in the Super Group group of companies that is relevant for processing your personal data.

Super Group (SGHC) Limited is the data controller responsible for this website and for processing personal data collected via the website. It is a company registered with The Guernsey Registry under company number 69022 and with the Office of the Data Protection Authority (Guernsey) under registration number DPA7524.

We have appointed a Group Data Protection Officer (“GDPO”) who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy policy.
